荷兰代尔夫特，2025年11月11日 —— 国家级工业设计中心、创新型企业厦门市拙雅科技有限公司（以下简称 “拙雅科技”），与全球超低功耗传感器边缘类脑神经形态计算领域领军企业Innatera今日共同宣布，双方正式达成ODM战略合作伙伴关系。通过此次联合，拙雅科技成为Innatera在该领域的首家ODM合作伙伴。基于此次合作，Innatera 的核心处理器将全面集成至拙雅科技研发的新一代消费电子、物联网设备及智能家居产品中，预计一年内实现终端产品市场化落地，为用户带来 “即时响应、极致能效、数据本地存储” 的三重体验革新。
Delft, The Netherlands – November 11, 2025 – The National-level Industrial Design Center and innovative enterprise Xiamen Joya Technology Co., Ltd. ("Joya Tech") and Innatera, a global leader in ultra-low-power sensor-edge brain-like neuromorphic computing, today jointly announced the formal establishment of their strategic ODM partnership, making Joya Tech Innatera's first ODM partner in the field. Under this partnership, Innatera’s processors will be embedded into a new generation of Joya-designed consumer electronics, IoT, smart home, and lifestyle devices. Leveraging its recognized expertise in innovating and bringing complex electronics to market, Joya plans to utilize this technology over the next year to launch products that react instantly, consume significantly less power, and keep user data local, marking a substantial leap forward in intelligent user experience.

Innatera’s neuromorphic processors use brain-inspired Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) to process information only when meaningful events occur, just like neurons firing in the brain. Instead of analyzing every data point continuously, the chip only processes relevant events, enabling real-time response with a fraction of the power required by traditional AI. This event-driven approach allows devices to sense, understand, and act locally, without relying on the cloud, delivering faster reactions, stronger privacy, and dramatically longer battery life for edge AI products.
